Hickory Hill

A townhouse development in Sevierville. TN

The intent with Hickory Hill was to create more housing and more rental properties but in a way that has not been done in Sevier County. The goal was to create a concept that was different than what is already existing locally. We went with a simple, black and white color scheme on the exterior to relate the project back to the farmhouse that used to stand on now, Hickory Hill. Marissa saw this project through, from start to finish, from developing plans with architects and engineers, to working in the field as a project manager and creating materials trays for clients. This has been Marissa’s largest project to date, and she is in the process of concept development for the next phases of Hickory Hill.
