A restaurant serving dishes from scratch in Ooltewah. TN

Local Goat, first founded in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, has opened a second location in Ooltewah. Marissa worked closely with Tom Horne, chef and owner, to create a design scheme that was similar to the original location but with new additions to the design. The goal was to create a spin off of the restaurants original location. The space features a custom light fixture in the lobby, custom bar design, ‘goat’ wallpaper and barrel staves to tie into the bourbon selection offered at the bar.
